Event Photographers
- Experience: Minimum 2 years photographing high-speed events (racing, ice hockey, etc.).
- Camera Gear: Minimum Nikon D500 DSLR or Z6 mirrorless; Canon R6 or better.
- Lenses: Minimum 70-200mm f/2.8 lens with VR/Stabilization.
- Storage: 32GB+ high-speed memory card (Dual memory cards heavily preferred).
- Availability: Up to 8 hours/day on Fri, Sat, and Sun. (Occasional holiday Mondays).
Event Videographers
- Experience: Minimum 2 years filming fast-paced sports action and capturing highlight footage.
- Camera Gear: 4K-capable mirrorless systems (e.g., Panasonic Lumix GH6/GH7, Sony FX3/A7S III, Canon R6) or equivalent cinema cameras.
- Rigging & Support: Fluid-head tripods, motorized gimbals, or professional shoulder rigs required.
- Storage: CFexpress cards or high-speed external SSD recording drives for heavy 4K workflows.
- Availability: Up to 8 hours/day on Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Event Table Staff
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working with computers and a strong technical understanding of PC navigation.
- Customer Service: Must be confident facing the public, working with people, and answering questions.
- Training: We provide full on-the-job training for our viewing software and a guide to common questions.
- Availability: Up to 8 hours/day on Fri, Sat, and Sun. (Occasional holiday Mondays).
- Requirements: Must arrive on time, maintain a professional attitude, and fully complete assigned shifts.
Compensation & Contractor Details
Pay is scaled based on your experience and meeting the gear/skill criteria outlined above. We process payments quickly—typically within 48 hours of tournament completion. We utilize digital checks, so a valid email address is required to receive payment.
Employment Type: All roles are hired as 1099 Independent Contractors. You are responsible for your own tax filing and reporting.
